We want you to love your Kylie Cosmetics products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and certain limited-edition sets may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your products in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
